BIOGRAPHY
Eulalie Dulnuan is an alumna of the University of the Philippines Diliman where she earned her degree in Tourism. She obtained her Master of Science in Leisure, Tourism and Environment from Wageningen University and Research Center, The Netherlands through the Ford Foundation – International Fellowships Program. She was an Assistant Professor at the Ifugao State University, and was the Director of the Ifugao Rice Terraces- Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems Research and Development Center. In various years, she served as tourism and cultural officer at the national, provincial, and municipal level. Notable projects include the Nagacadan Open Air Museum and formation of tourism organizations in Kiangan, Ifugao, Philippines. She is the President of the Ifugao Intangible Heritage and Performing Arts Society.
