Natalie Godinez discusses her work with the AMBOS project, an organization founded by Tanya that operates at the U.S.–Mexico border and in Los Angeles. She describes AMBOS’s ceramics program for LGBTQ+ migrants and asylum seekers living in shelters in Tijuana, as well as its programming in Los Angeles, which includes community events, mutual aid fundraising, exhibitions, performance work, and documentation of the border.
